7- What makes someone a hero?

To start my blog let me begin with a quote saying "Not every hero wears a cape."
Who says that to become a hero, you need to have a cool gadget, a sidekick, and a superpower? that this things seperates us from our favorite superheroes. No, we all can be a hero. Not exactly fighting the criminals and the injustices, the point is that you can be a hero by just being yourself. Bringing joy to your family can make you a hero, as you help them lessen their problems. You can be a hero in your community by actively participating in community services and charity events.
This are the things that can make you a hero.

Bruce Wayne also known as the Batman said that "It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me." It's a very inspirational quote as myself, a normal person, can make an impact, to change the course of our wrong directions. This things makes a hero, a person who is admired for brave acts in his own simple way. Because our compassion is a weakness, that our enemies will not share and it is so important as it seperates us from them. Batman became the symbol of hope and resistance against evil. He will move mountain or die trying, he will save the lives of millions in sacrificed to his, even though he doesn't owe them anything. That's why he is my favorite superhero

Let me tell the story of a great hero in the Philippines. He is Jose Rizal, he was born in Calamba, Laguna He is a very educated person, he brought to life the heart of the Filipino, he became the symbol of anti-violence and fought the invaders with paper and word. This is the true hero, without using a gun and taking away the lives of others. There are still many heroes who showed great act of bravery but forgotten and died in vain. That's why we should learned to appreciate every good thing that someone had brought us.

We should remember that all of us can become a hero, we can show bravery in our own simple way, that we don't need superpowers to say that we are a hero, that deep down there is a good side of ourselves, just like batman said "Why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up." and this what makes someone a hero. Thank you :)

  1. I agree with you, Mr. Jurdan! But being a hero has its own responsibility such as doing their 15 blog posts done.
